Prime Contractor on the Morris/Kimberly WasteWater Treatment Plant, Contract # One “Sitework and Grading which included 500,000 c.y. of unclassified excavation, road construction, base and pavement for Jefferson County Environmental Services Department. Prime Contractor to the City of Irondale, AL to grade 3 Million cubic yards of material, construction 3,000 Linear Feet of 19-feet diameter culvert under 70 feet of fill, and construction building pads, parking lots, drainage structures, utilities, multiple building pads, streets and roads in the new 110-Acre site, Grants Mill Auto Mall Complex, which is a business subdivision in Irondale, Alabama. Site Subcontractor for Wal-Mart SuperCenter in Hoover, AL on Hwy 280 in Birmingham includes sitework, drainage systems, curbs, paving, utilities, and R.O.W. lane additions. Site Subcontractor for Wal-Mart SuperCenter in Cullman, AL on Hwy 69 in Cullman, AL includes sitework, drainage systems, curbs, paving, utilities, and R.O.W. lane additions. Sub-Contractor to Todd & Sergeant for site preparation for the new construction of a flour processing mill including 10 acres of site clearing, erosion and sediment control and stabilization, unclassified excavation, undercut excavation, storm drainage, base, asphalt and concrete paving, floor subgrade base installation for warehouse and 140-foot tall concrete silo, truck parking lot, site preparation for the installation of 9,000 feet of railroad spur including bridge over creek. Prime Contractor to The City of Moody, Alabama for Mass Excavation of 600,000 Cubic Yards of Rock/Earth for development of Industrial/Commerce Park. Project Includes Grading, and storm drainage, as well as building pad installation and sub-grade preparation. Prime Contractor to Birmingham International Airport for new construction of AirCargo taxiway extension in the security area of the runway including excavation, undercut and disposal of unsuitable material, storm drainage, base and paving for taxiing planes from runway to new apron parking area. Prime Contractor with The Alabama Department of Transportation for partial grade drain base and pavement (4-laning) of US Hwy 280 in Tallapoosa County near Dadeville, Alabama. Project includes base and paving of new lanes, excavation and reconstruction of existing lanes including demolition and reconstruction of bridge and culvert extension. Prime Contractor for site work at the new Carbon Hill School for the Walker County Board of Education in conjunction with the State of Alabama with Eighteen Oaks Construction as Construction Manager for the Board, including 450,000 cubic yards of rock and earth excavation, undercut and disposal and storm drainage installation. Prime Contractor with The Alabama Department of Transportation for partial grade drain base and pavement (4-laning) of US Hwy 280 in Tallapoosa County near the Tallapoosa River. Project includes base and paving of new lanes, excavation and reconstruction of existing lanes including demolition and base and paving.

Prime Contractor to Jefferson County Alabama Highway Department for the construction of McAshan Road Extension which is 3 mile four-lane road including 80,000 CY of unclassified excavation, 300,000 CY of borrow excavation, railroad bridge construction, base and paving, and traffic striping and opening to traffic. Value: $ 3.98 Million Prime Contractor to Cotswald Development LLC. For the construction of a 477 lot residential development located in Jefferson County Alabama. Project consists of two Phases with the relocation of Sicard Hollow Road. Primary items of work are 1.5 million cy of excavation and associated storm drainage and utilities.
