Civil Grading Division

The Civil Grading Division provides construction services for private, municipal and corporate projects. We pursue projects in all facets of civil grading development and, mainly in the State of Alabama, offering the complete site package. We work on numerous types of projects from residential subdivisions for private developers, industrial parks for local governments, retail developments like Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Target, shopping malls, and industrial plant expansions to Interstate class highways and International Airport expansions.

We have experience and equipment to build projects of any size and complexity. Our personnel have many years of experience in construction. We offer the complete service package by self performing excavation and earthwork services including excavation to subgrade, installation of storm drainage systems and maintain erosion and sediment control on the site. We coordinate permitting with the local and state authorities, as needed. These items are critical to the quality of the projects integrity and schedule. Then T&K forces perform or manage the installation of the base and paving, curbs, utilities, and overall landscaping, to make the project ready for builders to start the building construction.
