Other construction firms may offer to grade your site, but T&K Construction offers a complete Construction Service, from project conception to final acceptance.

Timothy L Tucker and Joshua K. Kent have owned T&K Construction LLC since its beginning and are equal partners in the business. Tim takes the active roll of General Manager and oversees the day-to-day business operations. Josh takes a more passive roll in the daily operations, but oversees the general business interests.

Lonnie Burgess is the Construction Manager and is responsibility for all aspects of the business, including Bidding and Project Management. While most of his background and current efforts concentrate in the Landfill Division, he is responsible for budgeting, job tracking and job costing in both divisions. He works as the link between the Project Manager and Superintendents to ensure the projects are constructed accordingly.

Nathanial Hutchinson and James Bright are project managers in the Civil Grading Division. Hutch has many years experience in managing civil grading projects from small projects for private owners to multi-million dollar highway projects, including retail development, industrial expansion and Interstate construction. Hutch estimates, bids and manages a variety of projects for the company. James Bright works mainly with engineering firms and residential developers from the design stages to the construction phase. James offers budget pricing during the design and permitting phases and bids and manages projects during construction.
Jamie Jenkins mainly works in the Landfill Division. Jamie reviews potential projects to bid, estimates and manages projects during construction and handles most of the technical information for quality assurance of the projects.

Linda Stevens is the office manager and handles all accounts payable for the company. She has worked for many years in the office environment and is responsible for all incoming and outgoing invoices and checks, including payroll and in-house accounting. Cheryl Cadle handles accounts receivables and to verifies deliveries of supplies and materials from vendors and suppliers and Judy Smith assists all office personnel in various in-house office procedures. Charlotte Kirkland is the payroll officer and has experience with simple payroll and certified payrolls for federally funded projects, allowing us to comply with federal, state and local regulations concerning EEO practices, wage requirements and payscale programs in various states such as the Davis-Bacon Act, as well as various payroll associated deductions.

Dennis Trogden is responsible for implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures to insure that company personnel, the client and the general public are not endangered during the construction process. He is responsible for overall equipment maintenance including repairs and servicing as well as safety procedures and policies associated with personnel from jobsite dangers, workers and non-workers, keeping people informed of various MSDS information of chemicals and materials used.

The Company maintains over 75 full-time employees as laborers, operators and support personnel in order to insure that the projects are properly staffed with personnel and equipment.
